Greece Golden Visa
Five-year EU residence for your whole family through property investment in Greece — with visa-free travel across the Schengen Area.
Live, study and travel in Europe
Greece's residence-by-investment programme lets non-EU citizens who buy residential property in Greece apply for a five-year residence permit. The permit can be renewed every five years for as long as you own the property.
One application covers your spouse, children up to 21 years old, and the parents of both you and your spouse. As Greece is part of the European Union and the Schengen Area, the permit also gives you visa-free travel across Schengen countries.
Beyond the paperwork, it's a chance to enjoy one of Europe's oldest civilisations — over 13,000 km of coastline, around 6,000 islands, sunshine, and a relaxed, family-friendly way of life.
The minimum property investment depends on the region and the type of property, and the rules are updated from time to time. We'll confirm the current amount for your situation during your free consultation.
